Physical Wellness

Looking after your health

In need of a boost to your physical health?

Physical wellness is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get the most out of our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress.  The mind and the body are linked. When you improve your physical health, you’ll automatically experience greater mental and emotional wellbeing. For example, exercise not only strengthens our heart and lungs, but also releases endorphins, powerful chemicals that energise us and lift our mood.

Best practice is pursuing regular physical movement, a nutritious diet, adequate sleep and practicing safe behaviours.
