Corporate Induction: Welcome to BrisDoc
We are delighted to welcome you to BrisDoc. As you embark on this new chapter in your career, you join a community focused on delivering compassionate, respectful, and timely patient care.
As part of your welcome, we invite you to join us for a Welcome to BrisDoc session. Attending this session is required for all new starters and will provide you with valuable insights into our organisational culture, core values, and services. It is an essential introduction to how we operate and what we stand for, and a chance to meet other new co-owners.
Some practical info:
- The Welcome to BrisDoc session is usually a face-to-face session, but there may be online sessions according to demand
- The session is 2.5 hours and takes place at Osprey Court and Charlotte Keel Medical Practice. There are morning, afternoon, and evening slots
- Don’t forget to agree your attendance with your manager so they can arrange cover for your shift. If you are attending at a time outside of your shift, you can claim overtime
Your successful induction is important to us. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out to our People Team at workforcesupport@brisdog.org or your line manager.
We are committed to your professional growth and well-being. We look forward to working with you and are excited to see the positive impact you will make at BrisDoc and for our patients as “Patient Care by people who care”.
