Purpose
This SOP describes the process for managing Accurx Total Triage enquiries allocated to the Clinical Assessment Service (CAS). It aims to ensure enquiries are reviewed consistently, managed safely, prioritised appropriately, and documented in accordance with organisational and medico-legal requirements.
