The overall purpose of the Board is to:
- ensure responsible management of BrisDoc Healthcare Services, including setting and reviewing its strategic direction, supervising its financial, clinical and operational affairs, and putting in place effective systems, processes and policies;
- ensure the voice and views of Co-Owners are incorporated appropriately into the work of the Board;
so as to provide good governance, leadership and management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
