Urgent Care Services

  • Successful performance of our SevernSide Integrated Urgent Care Contract
  • Collaboration across the Urgent and Emergency Care System to meet the needs of our health and social care community
  • Successful further development of System Clinical Assessment Service
  • Identify and secure opportunities for growth to improve and, or expand our service offer
  • Achieve CQC assessment of at least Good with outstanding features

Practice Services

  • Successful performance of all existing service contracts
  • Secure a long-term contract for Charlotte Keel Medical Practice
  • Secure a long-term contract for Homeless Health Service
  • Identify and secure opportunities for growth to improve and, or expand our service offer
  • Achieve CQC assessment of at least Good with outstanding features

Corporate Services

  • Make tangible progress to reducing our environmental impact (carbon footprint)
  • Evidence our Social Value (against NHS objectives and other measures)
  • Improve our workforce diversity and inclusion across all services
  • Improve recruitment effectiveness and training support
  • Provide an extensive wellbeing and care support programme available to all co-owners
