Mandatory and statutory training required for your job role

It is important all of us stay up to date with all of the required training to ensure we can provide our patients with the highest quality care.  When you first join us as a co-owner all training must be completed within the first six months.  Failure to do so may result in you not passing your probation.

Whilst all training is important we ask that you priority Data Security and Safeguarding training.  Data Security training should be completed before you start your ‘on the job’ training, and Safeguarding within the first month.

It is your responsibility to make sure you always stay in date for all your training, however we recognise there may be exceptions, for example if you are waiting for a face to face course.  In these circumstances you must keep your line manager informed and agree a time frame for completion.

The Training Matrix which shows which training you need to do based on your role can be found on RADAR.
